More so called violations, is this OTT. This is possibly 2 questions.?

I see a question asked about how people feel about something and it was told its a violation!! Went to respond and saw it come up as a violation.
This time about the fact that nanny UK can imprison a person for failing to give the authorities the encryption codes on a file. So if you do not have them, how can you divulge them.
Hence playing a game called “hoisted on ones own petard”.
Basically, apparently, the “game” consists of encrypting family photos and then putting them into a file called something inflammatory and then encrypting again and putting onto a disc and sending the disc to say police chiefs and then anonymously tipping off authorities that they have this disc. There are variations apparently
For the person to fail to disclose this information will result in imprisonment, at least in the UK. Of course the police chief, congressman or whatever, can never know the codes. Hence the name as the “establishment made the rules, and asking whether it was a good game!
Can someone out there please explain in what way this is against “Not being a question?”
Is it more likely that the complainant was a member of the state establishment?
Oh it was definitely asked as a question, someone did not like the the substance. If it had not been a question, I could not have attempted to answer it.
The question asked “was is it a good game?” To me it seems that the questioner was asking if others felt it was of a reasonable nature. If surveys are allowed then I cannot see where some nit felt it did not comply.
I suspect that it was the material that the person did not like not the question. You get nil feedback from Yahoo, just a stupid standard oh we cannot go into ….
so it means that if you object then irrespective it gets pulled!!!
