		<description>As above though there is usually enough cable on a drum so the natural friction of the wire on the drum keeps it in place much like the winch on a boat where three turns around the drum is enough to prevent the rope from slipping the more weight applied the more turns required to prevent slippage</description>

The loop is clamped with special cable clamps which go around both the live end of the cable, that goes to the load, and the dead end of the cable which doesn&#039;t go anywhere.  The anchor point is usually inside or outside of the drum so that the cable is not pinched against the clamps.  The same type of clamps are used for the other end of the cable. 		<description>I think swimming would be a great exercise for her. My grandma has muscle disease and has to walk with a cane.Swimming was great for her and she really enjoyed it!!She should also try stretching,it would make her joints feel much better.Hope this helps!!</description>
