The cabinet came into the house with the help of a couple of strong beefy Polish guys and a rope, but I can’t find them now! Need to move house on 8th December, and the cabinet will only go out of the window (with the frame removed). How can I find someone to help me? I don’t mind if they don’t have full insurance as this would be too expensive.

Pop down to the pub and ask a few locals. After a couple of beers (Just a couple mind) loads of people are normally only too happy to help, especially if you offer them a drink or two as payment? What do Polish guys drink?
Or your neighbours?
Be careful with who you get to help though – if they do get hurt and have no insurance, you could be stuck with some problems.
